Art Villages (Batu Bulan / Celuk / Batuan / Mas) and Barong Dance

There are some places you might like to visit, for instance Batu Bulan is famous for Batik Art, Celuk Village is the Silver Art Factory, Batuan is the home for the painter where they practice their talent, and Mas is for the wood carving village. Batuan Temple
DeZoete and Spies, in their famous book Dance and Drama in Bali, describe it almost entirely a brahman village. Besides the dances, performed in the central part of the village, Batuan is also famous for its wayang wong, masked performances of stories from the Ramayana. The monkeys within the Sacred Monkey Forest of Padangtegal are commonly called long-tailed macaques or " Grey Mongkeys". Their scientific name is Macaca fascicuiaris. in Bali , there are Balinese long-tailed macaque troops (populations) that live in areas where they have little to no contact with humans, and troops that come into contact with humans on a regular basis. The painted woodcarving products the sell made from very light wood called " Albesia Wood " with reasonable

Kintamani (Volcano & Lake)
These places located in Kintamani District - Bangli Regency. Penelokan Village will be the best to view of the Batur Mount and Batur Lake while having your lunch . Mt Batur has eruption several time already, the biggest eruption was 1926 destroyed the Batur Village, this village was near the lake and now they move to the top until present time. Taman Ayun Temple

Clove Plantation
Munduk is a small mountain village, located between 500 to 1200 meters above sealevel and with average temperatures of 20 to 30°C. With a population of 6,200 people, the village of Munduk has a rich history. Legend tells that it was settled by people fromthe mountains who were escaping an invasion of ants. Several clans then moved fromKlungkung to resettle in Munduk Village 200 to 300 years ago. This was the portalthrough which the vizier of the Majapahit Kingdom in East Java penetrated to SouthBali. History repeated itself when the Dutch expanded their colonial empire from Javato Bali. Kehen Temple
It's located in Tampaksiring region near Gunung Kawi Temple. The temple was built around the springs and special bathing-pools. In the inner courtyard there is clear slate-blue spring water bubbling up into it's own enclosed rectangular pool through a sedimentary layer of black sand. In Balinese legend this spring water was created by Indra God when he fighted with the Mayadenawa King. Kecak Dance at 6 : 30 pm
A Kecak performance is very simple. The men's chorus chants the words Cak ke-cak ke-cak ke-cak ke-cak ke-cak, in rhythm, over and over again, For this reason they are called the Kecak or Cak dance. The Kecak dances consist of about fifty men wearing only a loin-cloth, the upper part of their bodies left bare. They form rows of circles, in the middle of which is a coconut oil lamp. A Kecak performance is very simple. The men's chorus chants the words Cak ke-cak ke-cak ke-cak ke-cak ke-cak, in rhythm, over and over again, For this reason they are called the Kecak or Cak dance. The Kecak dances consist of about fifty men wearing only a loin-cloth, the upper part of their bodies left bare. They form rows of circles, in the middle of which is a coconut oil lamp. The Kecak dance is performed for dancedramas and the story presented is taken from the Ramayana epic. Ticket fee at IDR 100,000 /person.
